Il aime se laisser guider par la forme première de la matière de son état naturel, l'imaginaire entre en action et un dialogue entre le bois et lui s'installe.

A former theatre decorator and actor, Jean-Paul Rahard extends his visions toward the realms of fantasy and lightness. He enjoys letting himself be guided by the raw shape of the material in its natural state; imagination takes over, and a dialogue begins to unfold between the wood and himself.
