Comme la tour biblique, Le ‘Théour’ souligne le pouvoir de l'unité, la possibilité d'impossibilités et l'importance de la communication. Les gens du monde entier se réunissent autour d'une tasse de thé, de café ou de quelque chose de similaire. C'est un rituel dans certaines cultures, une habitude dans d’autres. Dans la culture Anglais, préparer une théière est un geste d’amitié et d’aide à la guérison.
Like the biblical tower, 'Theour' emphasises the power of unity, the possibility of impossibilities and the importance of communication. People all over the world gather around a cup of tea, coffee or something similar. It's a ritual in some cultures, a habit in others. In English culture, brewing a pot of tea is a gesture of friendship and healing.
01Tracey Shough...Née à Birmingham, Angleterre en 1971. Pendant 20 ans, elle a voyagé au Royaume-Uni et en Europe pour créer des œuvres d'art pour des festivals et des fêtes. Elle s’est finalement installé en France. Elle alterne entre des projets d'art participatifs en recyclage et des expositions.
Adam a fondé Ferro Design avec le designer Beau McClellan en 1994. L'artiste s’est installé récemment en Creuse pour y installer son propre atelier et commencer à enseigner la forge.Si chacun déploie son univers artistique personnel, l’emmêlement de leurs nombreux talents et compétences, lorsqu'ils travaillent ensemble, donnent naissance à un troisième personnage, un alter égo doté d'une démarche artistique unique et démultipliée.
Les deux artistes vivent desormais au cœur du paysage dans le territoire préservé de la Creuse. Leur jardin, qu’ils ouvrent au public lors d’événements artistiques et conviviaux, est parsemé de leurs créations. Le couple sont les fondateurs de Pica Pica, un collectif d'artistes et d'artisans engagés et également motivés par le réemploi de la matière pour la création artistique

Tracey Shough, born in Birmingham, England in 1971. For 20 years she travelled the UK and Europe creating art for festivals and parties. She finally settled in France. She alternates between participatory recycling art projects and exhibitions.
Adam founded Ferro Design with designer Beau McClellan in 1994. The artist has recently moved to Creuse to set up his own workshop and begin teaching blacksmithing.While each has his own personal artistic universe, the intermingling of their many talents and skills, when they work together, gives rise to a third character, an alter ego with a unique and multiplied artistic approach.
The two artists now live in the heart of the landscape in the unspoilt Creuse region. Their garden, which they open to the public for artistic and convivial events, is dotted with their creations.the couple are the founders of Pica Pica a collective of committed artists and craftspeople equally motivated by the reuse of materials for artistic creation
