En 2024, la Maison révèle sa métamorphose en faisant naître un pavillon contemporain en pierre de taille et en verre, conçu par l’architecte Sou Fujimoto. Entouré d’un jardin pensé par l’artiste paysagiste Christophe Gautrand, l’expérience ouvre un dialogue entre les bâtiments historiques et la modernité du nouveau pavillon, mais aussi entre le monde souterrain
des crayères, inscrit sur la liste du Patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO, et la luminosité des façades de pierre calcaire. Ce parc arboré de 7000 m2, dont 5000 m2 d’espace boisé classé, accessible librement, dévoile un véritable havre de paix pour propice à la biodiversité locale, proposant aux visiteurs une immersion sensorielle, mais aussi artistique avec l’exposition d’une vingtaine d’œuvres d’artistes contemporains internationaux. Maison Ruinart invites you to discover its iconic address and its artistic park: at 4 rue des Crayères in Reims. In 2024, the Maison unveils its transformation with the creation of a contemporary pavilion made of cut stone and glass, designed by architect Sou Fujimoto. Surrounded by a garden envisioned by landscape artist Christophe Gautrand, the experience fosters a dialogue between the historic buildings and the modernity of the new pavilion, as well as between the underground world of the crayères, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the brightness of the limestone façades. This 7,000 m² park, with 5,000 m² of protected woodland freely accessible to visitors, offers a true haven for local biodiversity. It provides a sensory and artistic immersion through the exhibition of around twenty works by international contemporary artists.
